Maceration on the skins for 10-15 days in steel vats with T control after two days of cold maceration, when the alcoholic fermentation is over the wine matures 50% in large Slavonian oak casks (25 hectolitre capacity) and 50% in French oak tonneaux (3.5 - 5 hectolitre capacity and of second and third use) for about 12 months. Finishing in the bottle for 6 months
